This Indonesian coffee from Bali is grown in the Kintamani region – a coffee growing region that has been heavily regulated by government, which may seem like a bad thing, but it means that both the quality of the stock used, the handling, and processing are excellent. All of the coffee grown in Bali is organic, because pesticides and insecticides and chemical fertilizers are strictly forbidden on the island.
Unlike other Bali coffee, this offering is a semi-washed process (unlike the wet-hulled process that’s so common in Bali). As a result, it’s a little cleaner, a little lighter, but still with a nice full-body and smooth taste.
* Processing: Semi-Washed
* Certifications: Organic
