Shipping Policies
We ship anywhere! Put your zip code in your cart’s shipping calculator to see USPS shipping charges.
Note: as a home-based cottage industry in Ohio (instead of a shop/storefront), we are not permitted to sell outside of Ohio. We interpret this to mean that your Billing Address must be in Ohio. We’ll then gladly ship to your Aunt Mae in Mishawaka or Cousin Todd in Topeka!
We use USPS exclusively for all orders. It has proven to be the most economical and reliable carrier.
Best rates are calculated in the Shopping Cart based on your shipping address.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, we roast in small batches and keep a limited amount on our shelves. We strive to keep some of all varieties in stock, however your order may be delayed 1-2 days if it’s necessary to roast a new batch. We will notify you by email if that is the case.
Depending on the shipping method selected, your order will typically arrive within 3-5 days. Once shipped, we will send an email notification that includes a USPS tracking number.
We welcome it! After entering your zip code in your Shopping Cart’s shipping calculator, select the Local Pickup option. Add Order Notes on the Checkout page to suggest a good time. We’ll email you to arrange the pickup.
Coffee is a non-taxable product in Ohio. Yay!
If your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but are highly invested in getting our great coffee to you in one piece!
If your package is lost, please contact us and we’ll initiate a trace with USPS. Note that an incorrect shipping address is on you. Please be careful when ordering!
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you find that your purchased coffee is really awful, or defective in any way, please contact us and we’ll make it right. That means providing you with a free replacement bag of your choice.
